There are no magic formulas in the process; what we do is dedication, efficiency and collaboration, combined with high-end technology — to produce high-end wines.

Reserva Line
Tannat Reserva
A single-varietal red wine from grapes grown at 1,900 m.a.s.l in Finca “La Querencia” (El Portillo, Tarija), aged 12 months in American oak barrels.
It is a structured, dense wine with an intense, deep purplish-red color. On the nose it is expressive and complex, with aromas of plum, raspberry, blueberry, white pepper, smoke, cocoa, an earthy note and of course oak. On the palate it is structured, polished and round, very tannic, with a very long finish — red and black ripe fruit, pepper, smoke, and wet earth.
Syrah Reserva
A single-varietal red wine from the same estate and altitude, also aged 12 months in American oak barrels.
It has a deep ruby-red color, expressive and complex aromas of raspberry, blackberry, coffee, white pepper, smoke, vanilla and oak. On the palate, it’s structured, smooth, round, with medium tannins and a persistent finish with mature red and black fruit, pepper and smoke.

Summun Tannat
In the Summun line, we focus on achieving intense, profound, yet balanced wines that express the unique characteristics imparted by the altitude at which our vineyards are cultivated, while also reflecting the personality of Barbacana.
Summun Tannat is a single-varietal red wine, made from grapes grown in the “Colón Norte” community of the Central Valley of Tarija at an altitude of 1,800 meters above sea level. It is aged in American oak barrels for 6 months and in the bottle for 6 months before release.
Color: Deep red with violet reflections.
Nose: Intense aromas of ripe black fruits (blackberry, plum), with hints of cocoa, vanilla, and a touch of spice.
Palate: Structured and full-bodied, with firm yet rounded tannins. Long and persistent finish.
Overall impression: An elegant, powerful and balanced Tannat, perfect for red meats and special occasions.
Summun Syrah
In the Summun line, we focus on crafting intense, profound, yet balanced wines that express the unique characteristics imparted by the altitude at which our vineyards are cultivated, while also reflecting the personality of Barbacana.
Summun Syrah is a single-varietal red wine, made from grapes grown in the “Colón Norte” community of the Central Valley of Tarija at an altitude of 1,800 meters above sea level. It is aged in American oak barrels for 6 months and then in the bottle for 6 months before release.
Color: Bright purple-red.
Nose: Notes of raspberry, cherry, and violets, accompanied by black pepper and a subtle smoky touch.
Palate: Smooth, juicy, and enveloping. Silky tannins and balanced acidity. Fresh and aromatic finish.
Overall impression: An expressive and aromatic Syrah, ideal for versatile pairings and more relaxed dining experiences.
Cofradía Line
Cofradía Tinto
A youthful, trivarietal red blend (Tannat, Marselan, Syrah). Deep color with violet highlights, very expressive nose — intense aromas of red fruits and spices.
On the palate: friendly, balanced, with a not-too-long finish; retro-nasal aromas of spices, toasted notes and ripe red fruits.
Cofradía Blanco
White wine from Italia grape grown in their vineyards. Yellow-greenish color, tropical fruit aromas and flavors — pineapple, green apple, passion fruit.
Fresh, fruity and with personality.
Cofradía Rosé
A rosé made from Tannat and Syrah grapes. Intense, bright cherry-red color with scarlet reflections.
On the nose: spicy notes (cardamom, tobacco) and red fruits.
On the palate: sweet entrance, medium body, pleasant acidity, great freshness, and a nice finish.
