Our Singani Premium is a double-distilled high-purity singani made from a base wine of Moscatel de Alejandría grapes, grown in a semi-arid climate at 1,900 m above sea level — conditions that give the vines special traits, resulting in greater concentration of aromas and flavors, and endowing our singani with intensity, freshness, and elegance. 

Its secret lies in that it contains no additives, preservatives, or chemical ingredients — as we always say: “Grapes turned into alcohol, then diluted with water that’s also very pure and soft, drawn from a spring at the head of our valley.”
